Ballard Pritchett
Co-Director
Ballard brings more than 50 years of knowledge and experience in social justice leadership and community organizing, and he has served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards, showcasing his commitment to making a positive impact. In 2021, he joined forces with life-long friend, Brad Calley in founding LoveJustice.
Abbey O’Neal
Director of Operations
With 20 years of strategic development experience, Abbey currently oversees all things web and tech for LoveJustice, and serves as a member of the LoveJustice Executive Team. She has been with the organization since 2022. Abbey has long served her community in a range of ways through her work with nonprofit organizations. With a passion for social justice, she greatly values her role with LoveJustice and the impact the team makes in bettering the lives of those in need of support.
Kristen Welty
Board Member
With more than 30 years of leadership experience in telecommunications and a specialization in customer onboarding and service delivery, Kristen brings this expertise to her strategic guidance for LoveJustice. As a community leader and volunteer, she is recognized for her servant leadership style, a strong commitment to operational excellence, and a dedication to developing team members, and she brings the same passion and enthusiasm to her volunteer work.
Tiara M. Tucker
Texas Director
Tiara M. Tucker, M.S. is an award-winning PR and social impact leader; branding and crisis strategist; empowerment speaker, event MC and host; event curator; and executive producer. She has over 20 years of experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial sectors. Advancing her love for social justice, she joined LoveJustice in 2022 to serve as a director and global spokesperson. She also manages the LoveJustice social media platforms, and produces and hosts the LoveJustice Podcast.
Radeyah Zaman
Lead Content Manager
Having joined LoveJustice in 2024, Radeyah works closely with the organization’s volunteers to oversee the curation of social justice-related news, events and organizations featured on www.LoveJustice.com. She also supports the management of the website to ensure a positive user experience. Passionate about storytelling and advocacy, Radeyah strives to amplify voices and catalyze social change through impactful content.
