MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Memphis and Shelby County Air Pollution Control Board have voted against the XAI permit appeal.
The board voted 6 to 1 against citizens in the appeal.
In July, the Shelby County Health Department approved the use of 15 permanent natural gas turbines at Elon Musk’s XAI supercomputer.
