Bay Area Legal Services

Bay Area Legal Services provides free civil legal services to low-income Tampa Bay area residents. It serves Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas and Sarasota counties. In 2020, it assisted 11,933 individuals, families and community groups. BALS hosts legal clinics, disaster relief, public assistance workshops and representation on issues including housing, abuse and debt.
