Family Pathways Childcare

Buckner Family Pathways provides single parent families the opportunity to live in a safe environment while completing his or her educational or vocational goals and learn the necessary skills needed to become self-sufficient. Families are supported through affordable housing, financial assistance, and case management services which include referrals to parenting education, budget training, life skills and individual and group counseling. We are in need of reliable and energetic volunteers to help us create a positive environment for the kids to play while their mothers attend these classes. What: A fun night with kids! We will have the materials to play games and do craft projects. You are also welcome to bring an activity with you!  When: The last Thursday of each month from 6:30pm – 8:00pm (Every other month starting Jan. excluding Nov. + Dec. )  Requirements: Please dress comfortable with closed toe shoes. All volunteers must be 14 years of age.  ***Volunteers serving more than one time every quarter are required to go through a background check. Additional information will be provided when you register to volunteer.
