Seattle Clinic Offering Free Dental, Vision and Medical Care Beginning Thursday

February 15 @ 6:30 am - February 18 @ 4:00 pm

Those who struggle to access or afford healthcare have a chance to receive free dental, medical and eye care services for a limited time starting Feb. 15. Led by Seattle Center and Seattle Center Foundation, Seattle/King County Clinic returns to Seattle Center for a ninth year. Each year the clinic brings together healthcare organizations, civic agencies, non-profits, and private businesses to transform Seattle Center facilities into a giant dental, medical, and eye care operation. Licensed healthcare professionals and general support volunteers are donating their time and expertise to host the event from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 15-18. The event will be at the Seattle Center’s McCaw Hall at 305 Harrison Street. According to the clinic, patients do not need to reside in King County or Washington to receive any services. Seattle and King County Public Health said that organizers will open the facility and begin to distribute free tickets in Fisher Pavilion at Seattle Center each day beginning at 5:30 a.m. Admission tickets will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Patients will be escorted to the service facility and admitted by ticket number to be registered once the clinic opens. All services are free and patients will not be asked for ID or documentation of any type, Seattle/King County Clinic said. Interpreters will also be available at the clinic.
